Clothing Department Supervisor--LaGrande, OR
Team LaGrande is currently seeking to fill the position of Clothing Supervisor. As the clothing supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall clothing department area by overseeing floor merchandising, resets, sales, product placement, inventory, etc... As the supervisor you will also work closely with management in completing sales objectives and staffing needs. Our supervisors also conduct and write performance reviews on department team members.
This is a working supervisory role where you will be hands on with customer service, stocking shelves/racks, participating in inventory counts, approving product returns, etc...

The main offices in Caldwell is currently seeking an energetic and experienced buyer who will have primary responsibility over our footwear lines. This position will support a multi-store organization in obtaining products that are for retail sales. Responsibilities include attending trade shows, negotiating with vendors, analyzing inventory, coordinating purchasing activities, planning advertising strategies, recommending cost saving proposals, etc… This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be professional in accordance with company objectives to solve complex retail business related problems in creative and effective ways. Ability to analyze data and provide in-depth analysis regarding various factors related to procurement. Requirements include having five years work related experience as a buyer. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other analytical spreadsheet tools, inventory management, product selection, pricing and review, advertising/marketing and freight. Bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred. Must be willing to travel. Previous footwear buying experience is preferred, must have previous buying experience for retail sales. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Team LaGrande is currently seeking to fill the position of Pet Dept Sales. This job will be primarily responsible for assisting customers in answering questions about pet care needs and selling them products to meet those needs. Must be knowledgeable in small, medium and large animal health, nutrition and general care needs. This job will also include providing customer service throughout the entire store, stocking shelves, participating in inventory counts, merchandising, etc...
